French born and Denmark based, she thrives in international environments where learning about other’s cultures and motivations are the keys to become the best catalyst of change. She has spent the last 6 years leading S&OP, first at Saint-Gobain, a building materials company where she implemented S&OP in the Nordic region for 7 markets and 2 business units, and now for AJ vaccines where she leads global S&OP implementation. Mélanie holds a degree in agricultural engineering from L'Institut Agro Montpellier.

Hadrien is a Senior Manager of Global Demand Planning and Analytics in the Enterprise Strategy and Performance organization at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Hadrien started his career at Procter & Gamble as Category Demand Planning Analyst where he was exposed to a very mature S&OP process driven by demand planning. He stayed at P&G for the following 2 years as a financial analyst in various units of the company before joining Celgene where he established a Demand Planning department along with an S&OP process. Hadrien is now responsible for long term planning of BMS’s Established Brands portfolio. He holds a degree in International Hospitality Management from Lausanne Hospitality Business School and is CPF and CPIM certified.

Helder de Oliveira

Helder has 15+ years of experience, having worked in several supply chain planning and analytics roles in the automotive, consulting and construction industries. In 2019 he joined Hilti in Liechtenstein as Global Process Manager for S&OP, driving and inspiring the central planning team to enhance S&OP maturity. Helder holds a degree in business management from University of Sorocaba, an MBA from Cleveland State University, a MSc in Production Engineering from Sao Paulo State University, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Operations Management from the University Institute of Lisbon.

Domenico Canfora

Head of S&OP - UK & Ireland

Domenico has worked in various demand and supply roles across different industries in both the public and private sectors. He is currently the Head of S&OP for Finning UK & Ireland, where he leads their demand and supply activities along with the overall S&OP process. Domenico has led implementation of planning tools in multiple organisations including SAP APO at Kellogg’s, BOARD’s S&OP tool at AstraZeneca, and an in-house forecasting tool at LEGO, as well as Anaplan’s Demand and S&OP tool for a UK government entity. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Italy.
