Misty is the Senior DT Manager, Planning and Fulfillment Systems for GE Appliances. She leads the digital team supporting planning and fulfillment systems across the organization. Prior to joining GE Appliances in 2022, Misty held several leadership roles in multiple industries ranging from food and packaging to CPG companies. She has a wide area of expertise including S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory, and Supply Planning. She has been a driver of process improvements and leading digital transformations. Misty holds a degree from the University of Illinois. In 2022, she received the Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award from IBF.

Rich Gordon is the Advanced Analytics Manager at Standard Process, a 92-year-old food supplements company. Working in forecasting and analytics since 1992, Rich was an early member of IBF, and has presented at multiple IBF conferences and contributed articles to the Journal of Business Forecasting. Rich is an innovator and team leader in consumption-based forecasting. He has held forecasting and S&OP roles at Kraft, L’Oreal, and Duracell. He spent a decade on IRI’s Analytical Team for ConAgra. He has an MBA in Quantitative Analysis from Saint John’s University and a BS in Marketing from SUNY Old Westbury.

Debbie has spent more than 20 years working in a variety of roles in manufacturing and quality across different business units at Cummins Inc. For the last 8 years, she has led Integrated Business Planning across the enterprise, responsible for deployment, assessment, education and improvements across all business segments. Debbie previously led the IBP process in the Engine business segment facilitating both the MBR and IR steps of the process. Prior to Cummins, she was an officer in the US Navy. Debbie holds a degree in Business Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and an MBA from Ball State University.

In 2016, he received the Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award from the IBF. He is an IBF Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) with over 20 years of experience. Eric is a visionary in his field, a frequent speaker and panelist for many executive forums and professional conferences, and has written numerous articles in publications such as The Journal of Business Forecasting and APICS Magazine. He is also the author of the books Cultural Cycles and Predictive Analytics for Business Forecasting & Planning.

Imane "Amy" Sabeh is a supply chain executive with extensive planning experience across many industries, including moving and storage, CPG, and biotech. She has worked with high-profile companies such as PODS, Clorox, Sunbrella, and Teleflex, and is currently the Director of Global S&OP at KBI Biopharma. She is a strategist and leader with multimillion-dollar business administration experience, specializing in designing and implementing strategic planning solutions and processes. Imane was recognized in 2024 as a Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Strategy from the University of South Florida (USF), as well as a Bachelor degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Communication, from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI), Morocco. Imane is an active member of the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) and is a Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF). She is a published author with multiple articles in the Journal of Business Forecasting and is an exceptional speaker, delivering keynotes at forums such as the Global S&OP Best Practices Conference.

Mike has deep experience in CPG, having helped many large food companies improve their planning processes to support strategic growth. He is currently Head of North America S&OP at Beam Suntory where he is responsible for analyzing medium and long-term business demand and assessing risk and market opportunities to support company strategy. In his prior role as Director of Integrated Business Planning at Kraft Foods, he developed and led the deployment of IBP which achieved Class A recognition. Prior to that, as Sr. Director of Integrated Business planning at Kellogg’s, he deployed an end-to-end analytics platform reducing slow-moving goods. He has also served in various Senior Director roles at Mondelēz and Cadbury. He holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from Western University and is a certified CPA.

Scott is an SCM professional with 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Master Scheduling, S&OP, Project Management, ERP implementation and Organizational Change Management. As head of SIOP at Amazon Diagnostics during the COVID-19 pandemic, he developed structured, agile planning processes for mitigating business risk. Prior to Amazon, Scott held a variety of management roles in Aerospace, Biotech, Pharma, Retail and Cloud Infrastructure. He now leads Integrated Business Planning implementation at Oracle. Scott holds a BS in Business Administration from California Coast University and an MBA from Colorado State University.
