Additionally, he identifies opportunities within the supply chain and organization to grow sales, decrease inventory, improve supply and contribute to increasing EBITDA. Jonathan is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) and holds a degree in Business Administration.

Lori has over 25 years’ experience in Global Planning and S&OP having served in multiple leadership roles at Element Solutions/MacDermid Alpha, Cardinal Health, Honeywell and Hasbro. She has a proven history of driving successful results in S&OP implementations, leading teams, developing talent, and managing cross-functional relationships. Lori’s background also includes several complex multi system conversions into a single forecasting software solution. She holds an MBA with a focus on Logistics, Planning and Supply Chain Management from Bryant University and is an IBF Certified Professional.

David Hovey is a Supply Chain transformation leader and is currently the Director of Supply Chain Planning for Country Pure Foods. He has supported planning transformation initiatives at CVR Energy, Farmland Foods, Hostess Brands, and now Country Pure. Additionally, David founded Velocity Advisors LLC in 2020 as a niche consultancy to help organizations with S&OP transformations with experiences supporting Commodity, Food and Beverage, Consumer Goods, E-Commerce, Industrial, and Start-up businesses. David was an Accounting graduate from Truman State University, a speaker at many Supply Chain industry events, and is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).

Jeff Marthins is no stranger to the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning, IBF as he is a regular workshop leader at conferences and IBF training programs. Jeff is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) since 2006. He has worked in all facets of manufacturing and planning. His current role is Director of Supply Chain Operations and oversees the Demand Planning Department. Jeff led the production module of a SAP and other software implementations at the company. His background includes many years of manufacturing, which has provided him with a solid platform for the creation and development of the Demand Planning Department. Even though Jeff oversees many facets of the Supply Chain Operation, he still has a passion for Demand Planning and Forecasting. He was also the recipient of IBF’s 2016 award for Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning.

Eric is a predictive analytics and business planning innovator, author, and speaker. He is the Director of Thought Leadership at the IBF. Prior to this he worked as the Director of Demand Planning at Escalade Sports, Director of Demand Planning at Berry Plastics, and Director of Demand Planning & S&OP at Tempur Sealy International. In 2016, he received the Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award from the IBF. He is an IBF Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) with over 20 years of experience. Eric is a visionary in his field, a frequent speaker and panelist for many executive forums and professional conferences, and has written numerous articles in publications such as The Journal of Business Forecasting and APICS Magazine. He is also the author of the books Cultural Cycles and Predictive Analytics for Business Forecasting & Planning.
