Timur is an experienced Supply Chain Director with broad cross-functional experience covering demand/supply planning, S&OP, inventory, marketing, and portfolio planning. He has worked for companies such as KAO, Avon, and Caterpillar in Poland, Germany, Russia, and the UK. In his current role as Demand & Supply Planning Director, EMEA at KAO Corporation, Timur leads capability improvement of the regional Planning organization, processes, and overall supply chain agility. Timur holds a master's in Engineering from Moscow State Technical University and an MBA from Moscow International University. Timur is certified in Production and Inventory Management (APICS CPIM) and Coaching (Erickson Professional Coach).
