Meredith has led demand planning teams across multiple industries. She is currently the Director of Integrated Business Planning at Campbell Snacks (part of Campbell Soup Company). Prior to this she was Director of Demand Planning and Customer Fulfillment at Ball Corporation and has also led demand planning at WhiteWave Foods and L’Oreal. She holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College.

Alberto started his career as a management consultant, specializing in logistics and operations. This helped him develop a strong foundation in Supply Chain Management and instilled a passion for understanding complex demand-supply systems and the science behind successful management practices. Alberto joined Adidas as a Demand Planner seven years ago and has held several different demand planning roles across Europe, Latin America, and North America. Currently, he is responsible for the execution and continual improvement of the end-to-end planning process across all commercial channels and Adidas brands in the US. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and is currently pursuing a Management Science and Engineering Graduate program at Stanford University.

Deepak Jose is a digital transformation and commercial strategy professional and is currently the Head of Business Strategy and Advanced Analytics at Mars. He leads analytics transformation programs for Pet Care, Mars Wrigley, Food, and Multi Sales segments to drive profitable growth for Mars and its customers. He leads a global team of data scientists and business translators driving digital transformations. Prior to Mars, Deepak worked for Coca-Cola, ABB, and Mu Sigma. He holds an MBA from George Washington University School of Business and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT in Calicut, India. He is also an Executive Data Council member at BCI Summit-based out of New York, and co-author of the international bestselling book, Leading through Pandemic - Unconventional Wisdom from Heartfelt Leaders.

Carlos currently leads supply chain on a global level based in Newport Beach, California USA. In the past, he was Director of Value Chain Planning for Starbucks. And prior to that he was Director of Integrated Supply Chain with HJ Heinz where he implemented the next generation of S&OP. Carlos is fluent in German, Spanish and Mandarin. He holds an MBA from the Babcock School of Business at Wake Forest University and an Industrial Engineering degree from EAFIT University in Colombia, South America.

Greg has over 25 years of experience with several Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries. He has held executive positions in the systems, staff and plant operations environments and has been Supply Chain Director, Materials Director, Logistics Manager, Plant Operations Manager, CIO and Systems Director with companies such as Hercules Chemical, Sandvik Specialty Steel, International Harvester, Schlumberger, Loral Aerospace & Defense Electronics, GAF/ISP Specialty Chemicals and IBM Supply Chain Solutions. Greg is presently teaching MBA supply chain risk management at Lehigh University. Plus, he is VP Business Development/Principal for SherTrack LLC that provides Demand-Driven Predictive Manufacturing solutions. He has also implemented CPFR, collaborative planning, forecasting & replenishment systems, S&OP Processes, and more. Greg was APICS’ 1997 International Society President. He is a frequent speaker at IBF conferences and seminars, globally. Greg is widely published in many well known supply chain and logistics publications, including IBF’s Journal of Business Forecasting. He is a graduate of Penn State, holding a B.S. in Operations Research and Computer Science, and has attended Lake Forest College of Graduate Studies.

Sven transitioned from customer service to demand planning in 2006, taking a demand planner role at Black & Decker. He has worked in S&OP and demand planning ever since at companies including BASF, Omega Pharma, Wolf Oil, and most recently, Petronas Lubricants where he is currently working as Global Network Planning & Optimization Manager. Here, he and his team built a Demand Planning process bridging regional HQs and EU markets to support the regional S&OP process. Sven is now member of the Global Centre of Excellence, responsible for the Demand Planning Process around the world. His focuses are aligning the process at global level, running regional capability analysis, providing global training, and executing S&OP maturity assessments. Sven holds a degree in Economics and Languages from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen, Belgium, and is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).

Haythem Edhibi is a supply chain management professional with 12 years’ experience in the field. His current role is Deployment Project Manager for the Global S&OP CORE program. His previous work experience includes roles at Blaupunkt Robert Bosch and SONBORA. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Engineering School, Tunisia.

Kyle holds a degree in Business Administration, Management & Operations from the National American University-Albuquerque. In addition to his work at Adidas, he serves on the Portland ASCM Board of Directors and holds a certification in Production and Inventory Management.

Maria Elena is currently Regional Operations Manager for Epson Mexico where she is responsible for Demand and Supply Planning, Sales Administration, Global Trade, Warehousing and Distribution. Her background includes many years in multinational companies such as Amazon, Lexmark, GlaxoSmithKline, Energizer, Grupo Modelo, Nestle and DuPont. Her main role at many of these companies was to implement S&OP processes. Although now she manages the E2E Supply Chain process at Epson, she remains passionate about Demand Planning, applying best practices for improved business performance. Maria Elena holds an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and is ASCM CPIM certified.
