Prior to this, she worked as Global S&OP Manager with Teleflex Incorporated where she managed key medical device portfolios in the fields of Emergency Medicine and Anesthesia. Imane is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) and holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Strategy from the University of South Florida.

In his prior role as Director of Integrated Business Planning at Kraft Foods, he developed and led the deployment of IBP which achieved Class A recognition. Prior to that, as Sr. Director of Integrated Business planning at Kellogg’s, he deployed an end-to-end analytics platform reducing slow-moving goods. In his current position, he and his team are tasked with developing SKU-level forecasts and overall gross revenue planning, involving both creating the forecast and coordinating its delivery to aid decision-making for improved performance. Justin serves as a subject matter expert for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), which significantly influences forecasting and supply chain processes at Nature’s Way.
