Mark Covas Director of Global Demand Planning GILLETTE
Mark is the Director of Global Demand Planning at the Gillette Company. His key role is to provide leadership and directions for the Demand Planning Groups across the company's five geographical regions. Prior to that, he worked for organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Starbucks and Levi Strauss, primarily in the areas of forecasting and demand planning. Mark is an IBF Advisory Board member.

Mark is responsible for Forecasting & Planning and Program Management for Microsoft’s North American Home & Entertainment (H&E) Division, which manufactures products geared towards Retail Supply Chain. He has also been responsible for Corporate Planning, Corporate Finance, Corporate Internal Computer Audit, and Xbox systems implementation management. Prior to that, he worked for Deloitte & Touche and Cooper & Lybrand auditing and consulting.

Martin is Head of Information Management and Forecasting at AstraZeneca in the United Kingdom. He is currently responsible for global forecasting and provides support to Global Supply Chain. He worked for the former Zeneca and its forerunner, ICI, for over 30 years. Prior to his current role, he was head of decision support and held senior roles in change management, international marketing, project management and R&D. Martin is an IBF Advisory Board member.

Azhar is the Lead Consultant for the Hospital Association of Southern California’s (HASC) Hospital Quality Committee. He helps to develop a standardized statewide measurement and reporting system for hospital quality. He is a member of the Steering and Technical Committees of the California Hospital Assessment and Reporting Task (CHART) Force. Azhar has extensive experience in forecasting and teaches a course in quantitative risk analysis at Harvard University.

Ken manages the Forecasting and Capacity Planning team at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. This group forecasts demand volume and personnel requirements for the mortgage sales and fulfillment centers across the country. Prior to Wells, Ken had worked in the areas of supply chain management, product life cycle management, and outsourcing in companies such as United Technologies and NordicTrack.

Steve Tribou Vice President of Forecasting THE WILLIAM CARTER COMPANY
Steve oversees the detailed SKU level forecasting, as well as the aggregate level financial forecasting including sales, margins and inventories. In 2001, Steve led the selection, design and implementation of a major forecasting & demand planning system for Carters. Steve has been with Carters for 16 years, working mostly in forecasting. During the time spent outside of forecasting, Steve served as VP of production planning. Steve is an IBF Advisory Board member.
